How long does it take to set up tapntrack?

What hardware do I need?

Just a phone, tablet or laptop with a browser for your waiter and your manager. You can optionally add a thermal printer to print KOTs and receipts, but tapntrack works perfectly without one — the manager can simply read incoming orders from the screen and pass them to the kitchen.

How does the ordering flow work?

Your waiter signs in to the single shared waiter account, sees every table grouped by area, opens a table and places the order. The manager (or whoever is running orders) sees it instantly on the order console, and can optionally print a KOT for the kitchen.
