Restaurants using the platform are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate menu information
• Managing order acceptance and preparation
• Ensuring food quality and service
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for food preparation, delivery, or customer service provided by restaurants.

Orders placed through QR menus are transmitted directly to the restaurant. The restaurant is solely responsible for fulfilling those orders.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect menu listings
• Food quality issues
• Delays in service

Restaurants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and PIN access. Any activity occurring under an account is the responsibility of the account owner.

We strive to keep the platform available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates when necessary.

If this Service includes paid plans:

• Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Users may not use this Service to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the system
• Misuse the platform for fraudulent activity

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of business revenue

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. Users may stop using this Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this Service after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
